The Institute for Learning and Performance & ILP Academy is a membership association and a training provider for Learning and development (L&D) professionals in self-employed or corporate environments.

After extensive research, in 2021, ILP Academy proudly announced the development of the sole nationally accredited course—10893NAT Certificate IV in Learning Design & Facilitation, specifically tailored for L&D professionals responsible for delivering corporate training solutions. This notable qualification is designed to elevate professionals’ careers and expertise in this field.

Our focus is to support the community through networking and career progression aligned with the identified capabilities that L&D professionals need to succeed (L&D Capability Framework)—providing accredited training, professional development, and upskilling to empower and elevate standards across the industry, continuously reviewing benchmarks.
