The problem we solve

Each year, approximately 450,000 Australian university students apply for credit for learning they’ve already completed, and a similar dynamic plays out across the VET sector. The Productivity Commission has described these processes as “fragmented, inconsistent and complex” — decisions that should take minutes routinely take weeks. This isn’t just an efficiency problem: in 2024–25 alone, 15 Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) had their registrations revoked for RPL non-compliance, affecting more than 29,000 qualifications. The commercial cost is assessor hours lost to manual, inconsistent processes that don’t scale; the compliance cost is real regulatory exposure under ASQA and related frameworks.

We keep human accountability at the centre of every decision — our platform accelerates and standardises the evidence-gathering and mapping work, but assessors retain final judgement. This combination of speed and defensibility is what makes the process scalable across every assessor and every cohort, rather than dependent on the expertise of individual staff members.

Who we serve

We work with universities and VET providers (including RTOs delivering qualifications such as CHC33021 and BSB50820-level courses) that need to process high volumes of credit transfer or RPL applications while maintaining consistent, auditable standards across assessors and cohorts. Our platform is built specifically for institutions that need to demonstrate compliance to regulators such as ASQA while also reducing the administrative burden on academic and assessment staff.
